There will be an opportunity to discuss this topic in smaller breakout groups to further explore the pros and cons of following the BA Academy approach; what recruitment challenges are your organisation facing; what other solutions/approaches have worked for your organisation.

Dušan Andić is a Principal Business Analyst at Volkswagen Financial Services UK, looking after a Team of over 60 Analysts over a diverse transformation and change portfolio. He has over two decades of experience as a change professional within the Financial Services sector. He is passionate about making things easier and innovative for customers, fanatical about creating vibrant and energetic teams to deliver truly creative analysis solutions, and first and foremost, using a positive attitude to encourage others to work hard, have fun and grow into the best version of themselves.
When he is not doing analyst type things from his office of ill matched furniture, he loves spending time with his wife, daughter and two dogs. You’ll often find him in an old record store scouring over rare vinyl’s and music memorabilia. He is a really bad but enthusiastic guitar player and also likes kicking a ball about.
