Join us at Principality House, where Principality's Gill Dunn will lead us in an evening of agility in Business Analysis. This will be an interactive event looking at:

  • Lean UX Canvas which encourages thinking small and what do we need to know first,
  • User Story Splitting, some techniques and how to make sure we’re adding value in every delivery
  • Business agility and acceptance of iterative solutions.

There will be plenty of opportunity to share experiences and challenges with other BAs, and to learn about how applying these practices can help us know we’re solving the right problem sooner.

This face-to-face event at Principality's Cardiff offices will include refreshments and food - please email stu.mullinger@iibauk.org if you have any special dietary requirements! Please note that due to the interactive nature of this event, it won't be recorded/streamed or accessible online.

Gill Dunn has over 12 years experience in Business Analysis in an organisation which has evolved from waterfall delivery to an agile approach of solution delivery. Over that period Gill has been hands on in Business Analysis experiencing the different stages of this evolution first hand, and taken opportunities to bring new and innovative ideas to life in the change lifecycle, learning from each success and failure along the way.

Gill has developed in her Business Analysis career into a Leadership role and now manages the Principality Building Society Business Analysis Community of Practice.

The Principality Building Society has 17 Business Analysts in their practice and work to agile principles delivering solutions across value streams. They work closely with product owners leading data-based prioritisation and alignment to organisational strategic goals. The BA practice is committed to learning and continuous improvement and are really keen to hear about others experiences.
