Ezra Kirk - Problem Statements: An innovative solution to meet cross-functional challenges.
Sitting between several teams with multiple strategic deliverables can feel quite overwhelming. In this talk, we'll discuss the use of Problem Statements to address data challenges that had an impact across multiple teams. In this session, Ezra will illustrate how a new and simple framework can be conceived and implemented using this approach, and the challenges that he faced with collaboration and engagement from stakeholders along the way.
Ezra is a Senior Associate Consultant at Kubrick Group with of experience across a range of industries and data products. He enjoys working in multi-disciplinary teams, building close relationships with developers and business stakeholders, and ultimately creating value through solution design and technical project delivery.
