Manivannan K J is a Director of an IT / Business Consultancy that specialises in providing innovative solutions on Governance, Risk, Regulation and Compliance projects (GRC) in the Financial services, Public Utilities and Non-profit sectors. His specialism and interests are in Digital Transformation through Scrum (Agile) Framework, Crisis Management, Product Management and Business Analysis.
Previous experience includes senior Global project roles with Swiss Investment Banks UBS and Credit Suisse, German Investment Bank Deutsche Bank, Investment Management firms State Street Global Advisors (ssga), Bank of New York Mellon (BNYM), Mediolanum International Funds Limited (MIFL) along with Irish Banking entity Bank of Ireland. He also did a short project role at British Rail Utility firm - Network Rail along with volunteer roles at Non-profits - Prince's Trust, Homelessness charity Centrepoint and World Child Cancer. Mani has a MBA in Systems and Finance along with an Engineering Degree in Electrical & Electronics, apart from Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) both from Scrum Alliance & Business Analyst Certification from British Computer Society (BCS). He has a rich multicultural (multinational) work experience across 3 Continents - Asia, Europe and North America.
