You will be a senior member of our Business Analyst practice, providing line management to other Business Analysts, and taking responsibility for the BA deliverables within the diverse range of projects we run across the whole of the retail bank.

What you'll give our customers as a Senior Business Analyst
You'll make sure that the delivery and presentation of all business analysis is to appropriate levels of quality, on time, within budget and in accordance with the project plan. You'll also manage specific business analysis work streams on major business change projects, using your knowledge and expertise to provide specialised and objective analytical insight. In addition, you'll actively contribute to and champion the development of the change delivery process, being responsible for your own professional growth and that of your team members.

What you'll need as a Senior Business Analyst
