As a result of our growth, we are currently recruiting a number of experienced Business Analysts to join our business change team. This is a fantastic opportunity for highly skilled and motivated individuals to join the team at our Head Office site in Coventry.

We are looking for candidates who will be able to critically examine challenges and opportunities to the Coventry and deliver quality business solutions. You will have a professional qualification and/or degree and a minimum of 1 year's experience of Business Analysis that has ideally been gained in a financial services environment.

Successful candidates will have the ability to quickly develop a detailed understanding of business processes and identify and assess gaps in those processes, you will therefore be highly organised, have excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail. An ability to capture & present data requirements and understand the impact on data flows and data reporting when processes and policies change is ideal. Excellent communication skills are essential as the successful candidate will be expected to deal with a wide range of stakeholders across the business, including Senior Managers and Executives. You'll be able to resolve problems and challenges whilst maintaining a quality 'members first' solutions and projects within agreed time scales and budgets. This is a varied and rewarding position and will involve working closely with Project Managers and Analysts, in addition to business representatives. The role demands a disciplined approach to completing tasks to our internal project management standards.
