Business Analysts, Certeco

Location: London with travel to client locations
Salary: £50K - £95K base depending on skills & experience

Certeco is at the forefront of business change. With our heritage in financial services, we help our clients - global leaders in banking and insurance - to deliver big change projects, from M&A; activity and compliance initiatives, through to big innovation drives in mobile banking and big data.

We are looking for motivated and ambitious consultants with proven experience as a Business Analyst to join our growing company.

Applicants will be able to demonstrate

  • Strong analysis skills, with an emphasis on shaping business requirements into systems and application solution
  • System Analysis
  • Strong decision making /influencing skills
  • Excellent Mathematical and Analytical skills
  • Excellent facilitation skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Proven ability to communicate comfortably and professionally with a diverse range of employees, contractors and third parties (up to and including Board level)
  • Must be comfortable working with all levels of company hierarchy
  • Ability to work in ambiguous situations and seek to add clarity and context to work being undertaken

Desired Skills and Experience

Experience of working within project environment including:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst
  • Business Process Re-engineering experience
  • Knowledge and experience of working in Operational Risk, Risk Data and Modelling areas
  • Use of BPR tools such as PEGA, Appian, Hyperion and EMC's Archer product
  • Previous consultancy experience
  • Varied industry exposure, most significantly Financial Services
  • Analytical or technical background
