Bio

Steve Asquith was a finalist in the IIBA Business Analyst of the year awards in 2020 and is a well-respected and high performing Lead Business Analyst at Hermes Parcelnet where he manages a team of Business Analysts working across a large and wide-ranging portfolio.

Steve has a wealth of experience delivering large-scale change across people, operational, process and information technology as well as holding the IIBA international diploma in Business Analysis, being trained and practised in Six Sigma techniques to Black Belt level and having the full experience of the training lifecycle. Steve is passionate about people, with a real focus on development, engagement and leadership.
