Making Change Stick: Brainy Glue Book Discussion

Brainy Glue is a brand new and unique novel about business analysis, innovation and change. It follows a short period in the career of their fictional BA, the lovely Abbie Townsend as she navigates the challenges of changing a retail organisation’s fortunes around. It blends fresh perspectives on business analysis techniques with drama, humour and romance as the reader follows Abbie through her twists and turns.

Join Filip and Ian as they explain their inspiration for writing this book, the techniques they have chosen to feature and real-life experiences that have helped them shape the characters in the book and overcome the business challenges that they faced. 
 
They will be joined by Jonny Butler who has worked as both a supermarket manager and a project manager and will share his unique perspective on how Brainy Glue captures the value that business analysis brings to challenging business environments.

Jonny Butler
Jonny started his career on the Graduate Scheme of a leading discount retailer and rose through the ranks to manage the day-to-day operations of a number of stores across the UK.
