The most effective Business Analysts are those who recognize they need to complement the technical side of their role with effective behaviours and "soft" skills. They need to be able to work confidently outside their formal areas of authority, to move easily across all areas of the organization, and to build influence and support at all levels of the organization from the C-suite to operational levels. How can you work effectively under such circumstances to get things done either for yourself, in order to meet expectations and deadlines, or for your team?

Sarah Coleman has over 20 years' experience as an ICT and business programme, project & change manager designing and delivering strategic initiatives across public services and corporates in the UK and internationally. She works with organizations to help them develop the capacity, capability and readiness to successfully face uncertainty and ambiguity. She also helps project managers develop their leadership skills to improve their projects and careers through development programs and leadership coaching.
Sarah is a guest speaker, facilitator, blogger and contributor to various books and publications for project leadership and management.
