Facilitating conversations can be difficult without a good set of tools and techniques – one which we have found particularly useful in our practice lately has been user story mapping.
This event will focus on the practical application of this method – discussing the method as a group to understand the basic concepts and suitable applications.
A short practical activity will help us to practice meaningful discussions when it comes to determining an MVP using a story map.
Finally, a quick re-cap on points covered and ideas for further learning on this topic before breaking off for a bit of face to face networking.

Delegates will receive the following:

  • Understanding of the technique of user story mapping
  • Some practical application of this as a method
  • An opportunity to network with other BA's
  • Possibly pizza!
