Presentation 1: Why Lean isn't enough - Chris Rowe
Chris explores why 'Doing Lean' isn't enough, and introduces some models that will help you secure more of the benefits that Lean has to offer.
Chris Rowe MA CGMA is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with over 15 years of practical change experience, most notably IT change involving SAP and Oracle.
He now divides his time between consulting and training on the subject of Change Management. He has a diverse client base that includes the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) for whom he master classes on change management, and has a long standing relationship with Deloitte where he provides Lean, Six Sigma and Systems Theory training to their operational consultants.

Georgiana explores some of the ways we can align play to lean process improvement and problem identification.
Georgiana Mannion is a freelance BA, Service Designer, Coach and Trainer and is currently writing her first book, 'Playbook: Legitimising Play in Business'. She is a committee member for IIBA UK North (though will be joining the realms of IIBA Australia as she moves to Brisbane in December). Her BA-related nonsense is tweeted at @processincolour.
