Business Analysts work on change initiatives alongside a wide range of other roles, including Project Managers, Product Owners, UX Researchers/Designers, Architects, Testers, and Scrum Masters. Every role brings its own perspective and agenda, and conflict can sometimes feel unavoidable! Friction can lead to delays and relationships breaking down, and the success of the whole change initiative can be in jeopardy!
In this interactive event, which is a great opportunity to share your experiences and challenges, Wendy Rees will lead attendees to deploy a range of business analysis techniques to examine the factors that can create friction between roles and explore ways of tackling these.
This is an in-person event, hosted by St James's Place at their offices in Cirencester, and therefore cannot be attended online. We'll be providing refreshments and nibbles - please email stu.mullinger@iibauk.org if you have any special dietary requirements.
