Transitioning our Toolkit

Andy Williams talks about how IRESS have taken their traditional analysis and design tools and changed the way in which they are used, providing an integrated approach to document management, which reduces inconsistences in our documents and takes the effort out of generating new versions of documentation.

Andy Williams ihas been working on Information Systems projects in the Financial Services sector for 16 years, in a number of different roles including Analyst Programmer, Systems Support Team Leader, Configuration and Development Manager and as a Systems Analyst. His current role is Lead Product Analyst at IRESS, working on the design and development of Version 2 of the IRESS Mortgage Sales and Originations product in an Agile environment. Andy joined IRESS as a Business Analyst in 2011 and since then has lead the transformation of the Lending team's approach to documentation, taking it from being a traditional Word/Excel approach to an integrated design process with Enterprise Architect and EADocX at the centre.
