The Agile Business Analyst and Product Manager - Pulling it all together
Currently Agile Teams consist of one or two BA or PMs and a dozen or so developers and testers. The world is waking up to the fact that "Building the Right Thing" is even more important than "Building it Right!". But what happens when we have a Product Team that is four or five strong? What specialist skills will these "T" shaped individuals bring to the table? And how do we get them to work together nicely? Come have fun in an interactive session learning how to weave, Product Management, Big data, Lean UX, Agile... and er, er, er, Business Analysis all together. Finally, come find out the key differences between Product Management and Business Analysis.
