IIBA UK Chapter Midlands Branch is delighted to welcome Helen Winter & Craig Rollason.

 

Helen Winter is a business change management consultant who has 20 years Business Analysis experience.  Helen has worked as a consultant on all stages of the project life cycle on large scale Transformation Programs within Financial Services, Regulation, Insurance and Utilities. She has the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis and is recognised by the British Computing Society (BCS) as a Certified Chartered IT professional.  She is also the founder of a very popular website called businessbullet.co.uk and runs a small business advising customers on change management and IT governance. Helen will be sharing her knowledge and giving the audience an insight on Recognising and adapting different communication approaches using NLP.

 

 

  

Craig Rollason has 25 years experience in the IT industry working across Manufacturing, Government and Utility sectors. He currently runs the business analysis and solution architecture practice at National Grid. He is a contributor to the BCS publication Business Analysis 3rd Edition, and a member of the UK BA Manager Forum. Key areas of interest include finding new ways to engage stakeholders, facilitation tools and techniques, performance management, coaching, leadership development, and exploring belief systems. Follow Craig on Twitter @Cr2402. Craig will be leading an open space session that will allow participants to raise ideas/problems they may have faced or are facing to do with a specific topic. Often people face challenges while doing their work which they struggle to resolve. An open space enables them to raise these kinds of issues/challenges and have input from others in attendance to help share best practice. Please think about any challenges you are experiencing that you would like to share.
