A journey towards an Agile Business Analysis Practice

At CDL we want to share “A Christmas Carol” style journey of the past, present and future of analysis in our organisation. How as an organisation fully committed to Agile principles has had a positive impact on the Analyst role. We’ll take you on a journey through how people, skills and processes have transitioned during this period and where we see them heading. Insights into how our team of analysts are helping build a thriving agile analyst practice and how they are the key to shaping its future.
