Design Thinking meets Agile Analysis

As organisations come to terms with new methods and techniques to further enhance their agility, it can all become rather confusing. In these sessions we will focus on the important role that Business Analysts play within Design Thinking and Agile and demonstrate the linkage between these two approaches. Be prepared to get hands on with practical exercises and fun activities.

Pardeep Dhanda is responsible for the Agile training strategy across Deutsche Bank and has provided coaching in Agile analysis techniques to various domains within the organisation. He is also the head of the Business Analysis (BA) Community of Practice in Deutsche Bank Birmingham with over 20 years of experience in Financial Services, Consulting and Telecommunications.

Pardeep is also the IIBA UK Midlands Communities Director and has presented at various conferences including the world IIBA conference, and is a certified Product Owner, SCRUM Master and Certified SAFe Program Consultant. He has his own blog bablogger.com.

 

Sam Moody is a projects and engagement professional with eight years of experience in technology and operational change environments. Sam joined Deutsche Bank in 2016 and is the global lead for Engagement in Agile Services, delivering internal platforms for growth and innovation in business agility.

Sam has been running Design Thinking practical workshops for global teams in fun and engaging ways. She has been an active champion of Design Thinking across Deutsche Bank and local universities. 

 

Tom Roden is a software delivery consultant, coach and quality enthusiast, helping teams and people make the changes needed to successfully adapt to the changing demands of their environment.

He specialises in transformation, coaching, large scale agile implementation and testing, from test management and strategy, to practitioner methods like specification by example, BDD and context driven testing. Tom delivers training courses, speak s and runs interactive workshops on these topics at conferences around the world. He is also the author of the books Fifty Quick Ideas to Improve your Tests and Fifty Quick Ideas to improve your Retrospectives.
