Being a BA with Bricks
Many of us remember putting together a collection of bricks to build whatever we could imagine.
Some of the world’s top CEOs are taking LEGO bricks to their office to play and solve their strategy problems, build their team, ideate new products and more. LEGO is being taught in prestigious business schools. As a BA I am finding ways to apply bricks to model building, discussion and involvement.
In this interactive workshop we are going to put together bricks to create models of business processes, organisations, stakeholders. Learn the power of metaphor and how to engage your own team in maximum participation through facilitation. We will build individual and shared models. We will also learn how to build consensus among a group of stakeholders. Finally we will apply these ideas to agile retrospectives.
Bring your imagination and look forward to a lot of fun.
