Given the increased need for home working, this talk covers what working from home means from a mental health perspective. Exploring the positives and negatives of working from home, this session details guidance on how to work from home with mental wellbeing in mind, as well as providing some tips on how to maintain mental health during such disruptive times.

Rob Gordon works for Lloyds Banking Group, where he volunteers his time as a Mental Health Advocate. As an Advocate, he supports colleagues by raising awareness for mental wellbeing and signposting to where mental health support can be found, creating learning sessions to help develop an understanding of mental health within the Group.
