As we go through this unprecedented situation, it is paving a new way of operation for the whole world, and everyone is required to adapt and remain relevant. According to Darwin's Origin of Species, "it is not the most intellectual of the species that survives; it is not the strongest that survives, but the species that survives is the one that is able to adapt and adjust to the changing environment in which it finds itself". This means, what our customers and service recipients need from us will continue to change, and the way we provide services must keep pace. In addition to the technology progression in the last few decades, we are now witnessing a rapidly increasing shift in how we work, including our processes, to stay in the game. Technology will not constrain us but we must design more responsive and anticipatory processes that assure ways of working that are different to those in the past and that can rapidly change on a moment’s notice. BAs will need to adapt to this rapidly changing landscape, and therefore is the need for the topic. We’ll have the three panellists answering your questions for the whole session.
