We will also have an insight into the career path of a BA and the journey Erin Elliott took to becoming a Senior Business Analyst at Royal London, the largest mutual life, pensions and investment company in the UK.
Richard Jones has been working in the IT recruitment sector in Scotland for over 26 years. Initially within the permanent arena but now covering the contract market as well he has managed local, national and international recruitment campaigns for a variety of clients throughout that time, worked on contingency, head hunting and recruitment projects as well as recruited, led and managed multi-disciplined teams. He recently joined Sanderson in Edinburgh to help grow and develop their recruitment partnerships across the central belt of Scotland. Sanderson Recruitment is one of the largest, independently owned professional resourcing companies in the UK and offer a range of recruitment services to our clients.
Erin has worked in IT for the past 10 years. She started her career in consulting and has developed a broad amount of experience having worked on numerous technology projects across a variety of industries, and also held a variety of different roles. Erin has particular expertise in agile delivery methodologies and Customer Relationship Management having worked at Salesforce previously - one of the largest CRM technology vendors in the world. Last year, having decided to step away from consulting, Erin joined Royal London as Senior Business Analyst to help drive digital transformation and change initiatives. Royal London is the largest mutual life, pensions and investment company in the UK.
