Creative Problem Solving - Blue-Sky Thinking (applied to the domain of business analysis)
We are trialling a series of 3 events on the topic of creative problem solving in central London. Each event will involve an overview of key creative problem solving techniques, and the opportunity to apply the skills as a group to an interesting problem domain. This is an ideal learning opportunity, with a focus on participation as an aid to learning. Each event is self-contained, so participants can attend a single event, or multiple. This is the third event, on 28th November at All Bar One, Houndsditch.
Agenda
18:00 : Meeting time
18:15 : Event start
19:15 : End of formal workshop, start of informal discussions for those wishing to continue
Blue-Sky Thinking
Problem domain: business analysis has been around for many decades in one form or another, evolving to the full breadth of methods, skills and techniques that we have today. But what if we could make a giant leap, improving the efficiency or effectiveness of business analysis by a factor of 100. What would that look like?
Logistics
We will meet at 6pm, aiming to get underway formally at 6:15pm. The workshop should last for 1 hour, but given the choice of location some attendees may wish to continue less formally for a while longer. We will be meeting in the downstairs bar at All Bar One, 106-107 Houndsditch, London, EC3A 7BD. Note that you’ll need to grab a drink upstairs, then head down the stairs which are on the left as you enter the venue.
