Business Analyst, The Open University

Location: Based in Milton Keynes, with travel to Manchester & Nottingham
Salary: £38,511 - £45,954

An opportunity exists at the Open University for a Business Analyst. You will be part of a Change Team delivering a portfolio of projects across a variety of business areas and processes.

You will be experienced in requirements engineering (including planning, elicitation, documentation, analysis and validation), process modelling and impact analysis in complex service organisations. You will have a clear understanding of the role and importance of business analysis within the project lifecycle, and have experience of working with a range of methodologies. You will be able to work as part of a team and possess first-class stakeholder management and communication skills.

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent, you will be a dedicated self-starter with a high degree of personal flexibility, attention to detail and customer focus.
