There seems to be some confusion about the roles of Product Manager, Business Analyst and User Experience Designer in Software Development these days. In this webinar, Chris Matts shares his thoughts on why all three roles are vital in certain contexts and how they can complement each other. To explain this, he starts out by explaining WHY you should be doing Agile in the first place.
This webinar will be of interest to anyone working in the analysis, user experience design or agile project space.
